PROVISIONIAL CONSTITUTION (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1999

Order No. 2 of 1999

No. 2-10/99-Min. I, dated 16th October, 1999.

In pursuance of the Proclamation of Fourteenth day of October, 1999, and in exercise of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Order:

1.

(l): The Order may be called the Provisional Constitution (Amendment) Order, 1999.
(2): It shall come into force at once.

In the Provisional Constitution Order No. 1 of 1999, the following amendment is made: -

In Article 7, after the words "High Court", the words "or Chief Election Commissioner" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have always been so inserted.
